We love this sourdough so much that we made it the bread of the "House" and it is used for our sandwiches and Breakfast in Bread.

Bread was amazing
The bread was fine, however despite instructions not to slice it, both the House breads were sliced. They were ordered to assemble sandwiche cakes/domes and needless to say it was a terrible shock when we opened the bags at 5pm to assemble the sandwiches.
does anyone know how to eat this bread? do we eat it by mixing it in tea, milk?
We are always very happy with this bread. While it comes uncut, it stays fresher that way!
The quality of the bread is always good but I was a bit disappointed to receive the bread uncut. I do not have the bread cutting machine so it was difficult for me but on my complaint I was asked to send the bread to their outlet and get it cut. I would have been happier if they had collected the bread themselves.
