The waiter was extremely rude and judgmental,food was bland and extremely overpriced, overall service was really slow , hot chocolate was yuckkk . Yall should teach your staff some manners especially that pathetic waiter of yours who is he to judge whatever the hell i am ordering . Only the girl among the staff was Nice . We had to ask 3 three times for the bill till we got it . Never going again and not recommending. Even 1 star is too generous

The service, the ambience, the staff and everything else is great but the serving time for even basic orders is painfully slow. Other than that, few popular items such as croissants are usually finished by mid afternoon and the people who come after almost never have any of those items left. As there supply comes from the main blue area branch, the supply only comes once in the morning so the rest of the day, no restocks are made.

I received excellent service because my rider was prepared to order and on time especially given my driver was waiting for it. The food quality is consistent however I feel that the menu items can be broadened and the other items in the menu can be proven. Some items are a hit and miss like the high tea quality of food isn’t great but the shepherds pie and fish finger sandwich with the Victoria sponge is great. Victoria sponge is one of the best I’ve had and being British it’s great! The manager emailed me to ask about the burger sauce I wanted.

The crisps were very oily.
