sickeningly sweet

The croissant part is fine but the filling is too sweet that it overpowers the entire taste. Almond doesn't retain any bitterness to balance the flavour. I hope Loafology will revisit this recipe.

I don't discuss the taste, which is very good. But the whole is a quite strong ... not for people with dietetic concerns.
