Very poor quality and stale food

All items I ordered were stale. Even they exchanged some items but were not fresh as they should be. I am a regular customer and every time we bought from Loafology, food items were fresh. However, this time all items are below standard.
I have ordered Carrot, Apple and Ginger Juice but first time they forgot to deliver it. When we remind them we have not received this juice. They send only carrot juice.

Very bad service.
I will not buy again ...and wil never recommend....
