Order not delivered

The order was confirmed and then around 11.35 it was cancelled via whatsapp. The cake was for a birthday celebration and last minute cancellation caused alot of distress. The website needs to be updated so that confirmation emails are not sent when bakery is closed and order cant be delivered.
I have requested a refund of the amount and hoping that it will be processed without delay.
