My order arrived almost 2.5 hours late. When I contacted the branch about 90 minutes after placing the order, they informed me that they did not receive any order but they will call back and confirm asap. after not getting the call back for another 30 minutes, I was very casually informed that the order system is flawed, the branch doesn't receive orders for a long while after they have been placed and hence it was no fault of the branch. Very very disappointed with the quality of services, and response from the branch. the food once received was good but thats not the point.
Bread was little hard, crisps were soggy and old, beef tasted like hunter beef a bit too chewy and dry. Not worth it at all.
